📦 How will my order be packaged?
♻️ We are committed to reducing the use of single use plastics.
✔️Unframed fine art prints are shipped in cardboard tubes. ✉️A4 or smaller - thick cardboard envelopes.
✔️Framed prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of transit damage. Each print is shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.
What do I do if I have an issue with my order received?
🔎 Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
In the unlikely event of damage, please send photos of any damage AND the packaging it arrived in so that we can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Our framed print quality:
Every framed artwork is made to order and hand-crafted by our specialist framers using sustainably sourced FSC certified high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and come with a smooth satin finish - ready to hang. Our Perspex glaze provides increased UV protection and offers less glare than glass.
Each artwork has a uniform white border surround which gives the effect of a matt surround. The wooden frame has a square, modern profile measuring approximately 20mm by 20mm (or 0,8 x 0,8in) which works well in both contemporary and traditional environments. The size of the frame is added onto the listed print size, so the framed prints are slightly larger. Available in black, white and natural wood.
Our unframed print quality:
We use the gold standard Giclée printing technique using environmentally friendly, water based archival inks on premium quality heavyweight fine art paper with a smooth, clean matte finish.
👉This means your new artwork meets 100% archival museum quality standards and when displayed in normal conditions indoors; colours will retain their brilliance for a lifetime
All our unframed art prints have a uniform white border surround and sizes listed are the whole print size (including the white border).
Do you sell digital files?
Thank you for your interest, but we do not sell digital files of our artworks.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Deliveries
Please double check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
👉 Unfortunately, any orders that are unclaimed, returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address are not refundable. Any additional shipping charges due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, unclaimed deliveries or returned to sender are additional and for the buyers account. Any returned items are only kept for 14 days.
Can you remove the text?
Yes, that is no problem. Please add a note with "Remove Text'' in the Note to Seller area on the check out page AND please message me once you have ordered. We will then make up your order without the text in the artwork.
Can you print edge to edge - without the white border?
Yes, that is no problem. Please add a note with "No Border'' in the Note to Seller area on the check out page AND please message me once you have ordered. We will then make up your order with the print edge to edge (no white border).
